Job Description:

As a Senior Leasing Manager specializing in landlord representation, you will manage rental properties, overseeing the leasing process.
 
  • Scout for prospective tenants to fill vacant properties;
  • Regularly updating vacancy listings;
  • Leading and managing 1-2 team members to provide efficient leasing services for the property;
  • Conduct guided tours of each rental property to showcase features and amenities;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to recommend leasing options for the property at strategic intervals, aiming to optimize performance;
  • Take responsibility and exceed targets, and revenues set;
  • Analyze databases and prepare real estate reports on asking rents, tenants in the market, and market comparisons for the company's projects;
  • Study and maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry;
  • Be responsible for getting all the necessary correspondence prepared for clients such as Requests for Proposals, Presentations, Option lists, Service Agreement / Tenant Rep Agreement, Tenant Requirement Form, Site Inspection Introduction, Counter Offer, Negotiation Tracker, Financial Analysis, Non-Exclusive Agreement, Sub-broker Agreement, Cash-flow, Tenant and Landlord Databases etc..;
  • Handle/join client meetings, and business activities if required;
  • Organize events for related projects;
  • Build and maintain strong and long lasting customer/client relationships, agencies etc..;
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports to Clients whom Avison Young represents;
  • Prepare the Bi-monthly leasing report and relevant reports for HOD meetings;
  • Prepare rental revenue budget;
  • Co-operate with other Departments to maintain building service quality, customer services, etc..;
  • Attend networking events that are relevant and helpful for the working industry;
  • Actively maintain personal knowledge of the real estate market in Vietnam;
  • Maintain sales channel networks to enlarge access to a potential pool of clients;
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Director of the Office Services.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Property/Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance Management, or its equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with Sales/Marketing/Real Estate business development in deals;
  • Well-honed marketing abilities;
  • Ability to sign legitimate tenants quickly;
  • Capacity to write, interpret, and assess lease agreements;
  • Excellent verbal communication skills;
  • Considerate of outgoing tenants' needs and schedules.
