With over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, Ms. Van has held senior roles including Accounting & Finance Manager and Head of Finance across manufacturing, retail, F&B, media, and auditing industries. She is a CPA holder, currently pursuing the CMA program and a Master of Finance, with strong expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and P&L analysis. Ms. Van has extensive experience working directly with government authorities such as Tax Departments, Customs, State Audit, and the State Bank. Her strengths include COGS optimization, cost control, capital structure management, and providing strategic financial insights to the Board of Directors. She is well-versed in SAP/ERP systems and has led transfer pricing, audit, and due diligence engagements. With proven leadership skills, Ms. Van has successfully managed and developed large finance teams while supporting business growth in fast-paced environments.
