About Tuan

Tyson is an Associate Director of Valuation & Advisory Services at Avison Young, based in Ho Chi Minh City. He leads valuation assignments across residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use assets, ensuring all deliverables comply with International Valuation Standards, RICS Global Standards, and Vietnam Valuation Standards.

He manages the day-to-day operations of the valuation team, oversees workflow allocation and report quality, and mentors’ junior staff to strengthen technical capability and client service. Tyson also plays an active role in business development, supporting proposals, key client relationships, and the department's overall growth strategy.

Before joining Avison Young, Tyson built his foundation in financial analysis and client advisory in the Canadian financial services industry. This background supports his structured approach to valuation and enhances his ability to communicate clearly with diverse client groups.
