Morgan is a hospitality real estate executive with over 2 decades of experience across hotel operations, advisory, and investment in the Asia Pacific region.

He advises owners, investors, and institutions on hotel and resort assets across Southeast Asia, covering acquisitions and disposals, feasibility studies, development programming, operator selection, and asset strategy.

Comprehensive hotel operations experience, from frontline through general management in both chain and independent hotels. A practical foundation for hospitality real estate underwriting assumptions, and long-term asset performance.

Hospitality experience includes Rosewood Hotel Group, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor Hotels Group, Imperial Hospitality Group and Caravelle Saigon.

He served on multiple industry committees and advisory boards including Vice President of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Vietnam.
