Morgan Ulaganathan has over 2 decades of experience in hospitality and real estate across Asia Pacific, with a multidisciplinary operational background in hospitality and property management. He has been based in Vietnam since 2012.

Morgan specialises in managing developers and investors property portfolio through operational excellence of asset services.

In the field of hospitality, he has provided clients with asset management, strategic planning, operator selection, general consulting and advisory services.

Morgan’s comprehensive knowledge of complex front and back of house operations with both international and Vietnamese operators and owners are fundamental to successfully managing quality properties under Avison Young.

His previous senior leadership roles include services at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Caravelle Saigon, New World Phu Quoc, Four Seasons Sydney and InterContinental Sydney.
