Cyrus Brochu brings more than 12 years of expertise to the real estate industry, with the majority of his experience gained from working on the buy-side for one of Canada's largest pension funds. With a deep understanding of real estate investments, he possesses extensive knowledge in financial, analytical, and risk management aspects. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in underwriting, structuring, and executing real estate investments, as well as asset and portfolio management for a diverse portfolio of equity, debt, and fund investments.
